GRA report, 6-8-05
A report from GRA, Inc., commissioned by Mary McClean, that looked into details of the proposed general aviation airport in Shelby County. The report concluded that the proposed airport would not be eligible for federal funding and would not meet a community need. The report was submitted to the Airport Advisory Committee on June 23, 2005.
FAA Order 5090.3C
The official FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) document about Field Formulation of the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS). The Order describes the requirements for funding of proposed airports that are more than and less than 30 minutes drive time from existing NPIAS airports. Submitted to the Airport Advisory Committee on July 15, 2005.
Weidemann Analysis of GRA Report

Tommy DuPree (FAA) Reply
Responses by Tommy DuPree, Program Manager of the Memphis Area District Office (ADO) of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to specific Airport Committee questions. Questions were submitted to Mr. DuPree on July 8, 2005. His response was received by the Airport Advisory Committee on July 20, 2005.
GRA Reply to Weidemann Analysis
A letter from Samuel D. Hinkle, attorney for Mary McClean, introducing and including a letter from GRA Inc. pointing out inconsistencies in the Weidemann analysis. These letters were sent to Shelby County Fiscal Court members on August 23, 2005.

Chamber of Commerce - Industrial Foundation survey
The Chamber and Industrial Foundation surveyed their members as to whether a local general aviation airport would be of benefit to them. The survey showed that 71 replies said that an airport would not enchance their business transportation needs, while 37 replies said that it would.
